2 lbs. ground chop meat

2 cups uncooked rice

2 large onions

4-5 cloves chopped garlic

2 green peppers

1 Tablespoon plus 1 tsp. spicy mustard (like Gulden's or French's)

1 large (32 oz.) can of tomato juice

1. Preheat oven to 325º.

2. Grease bottom and sides of 2 loaf pans and line bottoms only with wax paper.

3. In large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, and cloves. Set aside.

4. In mixing bowl, mix together oil, juice, sugar, honey, eggs, applesauce, and coffee mixture.

5. Gradually stir in flour mixture in 4-5 batches, mixing after each addition.

6. Pour into greased loaf pans filling ¼ - ½ full. (Or use one large pan measuring 10" x 16".)

7. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
